If you are not happy with a watch it can be returned for a refund less all shipping costs within four (4) business days from the date it is delivered to your address provided it is received by us in the exact condition as originally shipped. If you find that upon arrival, the watch is not functioning as described on my web site, PLEASE contact us immediately. All repair work will be performed by us.

Return Information:

Notify us of the return via e-mail. Repackage the item with invoice. Send the package Insured via UPS, FedEx. USPS Traceable or Registered Mail. You are responsible for the merchandise until it is received by us.

Ship the package to:

Due to the many requests from those who have purchased the Pocket Watch Repair Course a large number of these watches are being offered at very reasonable prices as "mechanics specials" and are in need of servicing. At your request and for an additional fee we will gladly service and guarantee a watch for you. Many of our watches are sold "as is". If a watch is guaranteed it will say in the description on the web site "Guaranteed" and will state the length of time the guarantee will be in place. If it doesn't say guaranteed in the description then it is being sold "as is". A watch that is guaranteed does not cover misuse or accidents due to water damage, dropping or any other type of impact or tampering.

All watch sales are on a first come first serve basis. A Watch can be reserved up to five (5) business days until payment is received and settled. Watches are normally shipped within 48 hours of payment settlement.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Credit Cards, International Money Orders.

Credit Card orders will be thoroughly verified and watches will be shipped to your Billing Address Only. Credit card orders may not exceed $700.00 US. If your BILLING ADDRESS cannot be verified.... We will ask you to pay via a Money Order.

Unfortunately, due to the high risk of fraudulent transactions, some residents of certain countries will be asked to make purchases via Bank Wire Transfers Only. We will contact you if this is the case. All fraudulent transactions will be reported and prosecuted.

International Shipping Costs:

International orders under $100 ...Shipped Air Mail Insured... Add $19.00
International orders over $100 ....Shipped Air Mail Insured ...Add $21.00
International orders over $500 ....Shipped Air Mail Insured....Add $24.00
International orders over $800 ....Shipped Air Mail Insured....Add $27.00
International orders over $1200 ...Shipped Air Mail Insured....Add $36.00

If the actual shipping charges differ significantly from these rates we will contact the buyer via e-mail of the additional shipping fee.

Orders over $1000 that include more than one watch will be shipped separately. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. If charges come back to us, the amount will be charged to your account. Please do not ask us to ship watches for a lower value than the purchase price or as a gift.

Please be aware that the USPS does not ship valuables to some countries so in this case, Federal Express will be utilized - The appropriate charges will be added to your order. There is also a $500.00 insurance cover limit for shipments to these countries. We cannot be held liable for any amount over $500.00 US.
